Step 3: Application Items

Step 4: Formal Interview

Tuition does not include room, board, or transportation, which are the student's responsibility.
Vaccination or negative COVID test required before in-person start.
Students coming from outside the US can come without a visa if from ESTA countries. For those who will require a visa, please go here for more information.
A 50% deposit is due upon acceptance into the program. Balance due a month before program starts.
Financial aid is available for qualifying individuals.

Housing
The Living City Project partners with FOUND Study Midtown East, a leading supplier of student housing in New York City, to provide our participants dorm-style housing in a newly renovated dorm building, in midtown Manhattan. FOUND houses students from other programs as well- including Hunter College and the Joffrey Ballet School- and provides resident advisors, an onsite nurse, activities, a cafeteria, cooking kitchens, a TV room, study rooms and other amenities. Participants are required to dorm at FOUND with some exceptions.
